The provision of services through Medpro are temporal in nature therefore refunds and reimbursement of payment are generally not provided.  In exceptional circumstances Medpro will work with a member to amend the term of service.

Members should not expect a refund or reimbursement.  Should a member’s circumstances change unexpectedly which prevent the benefits of membership from being provided such as an inability to continue a professional practice Medpro will consider and assess such circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
